Well well well! I think this year's Phoenix Fashion Week event just might be the best year yet. I'm talking about the release of the 2016 Emerging Designers and the Top 40 Models at LiveWireAz in Scottsdale, Arizona.
The nights launch party went off smashingly(at least from my VIP seat it did). Brian Hill, executive director of Phoenix Fashion Week, found quite the eclectic group of fashion designers for 2016's big fall event.
This seasons emerging designers represent the Native American culture, the Cayman Islands, South Africa and far far away Austria.
And wait till you see what Shanks Shoeware has in store for you! These heels are like none you've ever seen before. Heel caps....who knew!?!
Before the designers hit the runway, we got to see
the new Top 40 male and female models for the new season. Let me tell you something. There was so much fierce attitude on that runway you could not help but scream for not only your favorite, but for the meanest strut out there.

The female headshot winner was Cierra. Look at her eyes! They are piercingly delightful. Congratulations Cierra!
The Emerging Designers are put through a lot of hard work with multiple challenges infused with a rigorous designer bootcamp that spans 4 months long. Here, all designers will learn key factors in mastering a successful clothing or accessory line. Here is where Brian Hill and his team are "bridging the gap between the designer and the buyer".
They even have experts in the fashion industry like Kym Gold founder of True Religion Jeans to help carve out that pathway needed in understanding the business of branding your line. It's always exciting to see how far the Emerging Designers will progress during the bootcamp. So here are all the designers with their complete social media links. If you like them, make sure you LIKE IT!

ReplyDeleteWe attended an event here this past Sunday & had an awesome experience from beginning to end. They served great food and the salad I had for dinner was delicious. The service at the event space also was impeccable.
